Awareness of the need for the preservation of the environment has increased, and environmentally friendly policies are spreading among organisations in order to minimize their environmental impact and increase employee participation and organisational effectiveness. Some of the key practices used to encourage employees to be green include green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance management, green rewards, and employee participation.. The study is based on primary data collected from 200 respondents using a structured questionnaire. A convenience sampling technique was employed to select respondents based on their accessibility and willingness to participate in the study.
