This study proposes a multidimensional framework that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human Resource Analytics (HR Analytics), Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), and Employee Well-Being into a unified strategic HRM model. The proposed framework explains how intelligent automation, predictive analytics, sustainable HR practices, and employee-centric interventions collectively enhance organizational performance, innovation capability, workforce adaptability, and long-term competitiveness.
