Open Access Policy

The Journal is a Open Access journal committed to the wide dissemination of high-quality research. All published articles are made immediately and permanently free to read, download, and share upon publication.

To support editorial management, peer review, production, hosting, indexing, and long-term archiving, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable upon acceptance of the manuscript.

Article Processing Charges

If a manuscript is accepted for publication, the following APC will apply:

USD $850 / GBP £700 / EUR €790

The APC is payable only after final acceptance of the manuscript and prior to publication. There are no submission charges. Authors are not required to pay any fee at the time of submission.

Institutional & Funder Support

If the corresponding author’s institution, funding agency, or society has an agreement or partnership arrangement with the Journal, part or full APC support may be available.

Eligibility for APC support is determined based on:

The article’s date of acceptance

The existence of an active institutional/funder agreement at the time of invoice issuance

Authors are advised to confirm eligibility with their institution or funding body prior to payment.

Discounts & Waivers

Jounral may offer:

Partial or full APC waivers for authors from low-income countries

Discounts for invited papers, special issues, or editorial board members

Concessions in cases of demonstrated financial hardship

Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission. Approval of waivers does not influence editorial decisions
